Ride the frontier on your smart trainer

RDR2 Bike Mod lets you ride your horse in Red Dead Redemption 2 by pedalling. Your power sets the horse's pace, and the hills of the game push back through your trainer.

Your power drives the horse; the in-game slope comes back to the trainer power → horse's pace slope → resistance

How it works

The mod runs a virtual bike between your trainer and the horse.

1

You pedal

Your smart trainer reports power and cadence over ANT+ or Bluetooth.

2

A virtual bike moves

Real cycling physics turns your power, weight, drag and the slope under the horse into a speed.

3

The horse keeps pace

Walk, trot, canter or gallop: about 200 W on the flat is a steady gallop at roughly 34 km/h.

…and the slope under the horse goes back to your trainer, so climbs get harder and descents easier.

What you get

Pedal-powered pace

Ease off and the horse slows to a canter, trot or walk. Stop pedalling and it reins in. You steer as normal.

Hills you can feel

By default your trainer gets half of the in-game slope, like trainer difficulty in other cycling apps. You can set it from flat to full.

Guided routes

Ten routes around the map, 10 to 40 minutes each. The mod takes you to the start and steers while you set the pace.

ANT+ or Bluetooth

Trainers with ANT+ FE-C or Bluetooth FTMS, plus optional heart-rate straps and power meters, on either connection.

A live panel

Power, cadence, heart rate, your bike speed, the horse's speed and gait, and the slope, in a corner of the screen.

Peaceful rides

While you ride a route, nobody attacks you and there are no bounties, so you can just ride.
